Your Products, Protected Until the Project is Ready.

A&E Service Solutions receives, inspects, and stores your furniture and equipment at our Oklahoma City facility releasing everything to the job site when the project is actually ready for it.

What We Manage at A&E Service Solutions.

Product Receiving

Every item is received and logged at our Oklahoma City facility. A clear record of what has arrived and when from the moment it comes in.

Inspection on Arrival

Every item is inspected when it comes in. Damage, missing parts, and incorrect products are identified at our facility — not on your job site on installation day when there is no time to fix it.

Secure Storage

Products are stored securely, organized by project and phase. Nothing sits in an unprotected area or gets mixed with another project's inventory.

Scheduled Release and Delivery

Products are released to the job site based on your installation schedule. We coordinate with your project team so delivery happens when the space is ready for it.

Damage Claims Management

When damage is identified at receiving, we document it and manage the claims process with the supplier or carrier. We handle it so you do not have to.

Products sitting on a job site before the space is ready is one of the most avoidable sources of project damage we see. Warehousing is not the most visible part of a project but it is one of the things that separates a smooth installation from a costly one.

Ready to talk about your project?

Most facility projects involve furniture companies, equipment suppliers, flooring contractors, casework vendors, and more — all on different schedules. When something goes wrong, nobody owns it. A&E closes that gap.
