A&E was founded by Anita and Ed McNelly. Anita serves as Founder and President and leads company strategy, supplier relationships, and client experience. Ed serves as Founder and Chief Operating Officer and oversees project execution from initial scope through final delivery. Both still lead the company today.

We manage the full process in house. Sourcing, procurement, warehousing, installation, and final cleaning are all handled by our team. The founders Anita and Ed McNelly are still personally involved in every client relationship. And we do not consider a project done until the space is genuinely ready to use.
