Modern Office Interior

One Contract.
One Team.

A&E Service Solutions covers Divisions 6, 8 through 12 under a single subcontract for general contractors and project owners. Millwork, doors, finishes, specialties, equipment, and furnishings all managed by one team with one schedule and one point of accountability.

A&E covers Divisions 6, 8 through 12 under one contract. We coordinate across divisions internally so those gaps never open up. For general contractors that means fewer handoffs and a cleaner schedule. For project owners it means one call when you need a status update instead of five.

What We Provide at A&E Service Solutions.

Scope Review

We review project documents and specifications to understand which divisions apply and how each area of work connects to the overall schedule.

Coordination Planning

We build a sequencing plan that aligns each division with the project schedule and prevents conflicts between scopes or with other trades on the job.

Procurement and Delivery

We procure all materials across every division we cover, track lead times, and coordinate delivery when each phase is ready.

Installation and Closeout

Our team installs each division in the correct sequence. We manage our own punch list and produce clean closeout documentation. The project does not stall waiting on A&E.

Division 6
Wood, Plastics and Composites

Custom millwork, cabinetry, and solid surface worktops. This is the work that defines how a space functions day to day and how long it holds up over years of use. We source and install millwork and casework that is built for the environment it will live in.

Division 8
Openings

Hollow metal doors, frames, and commercial access control hardware. Every opening is specified for code compliance, security requirements, and the functional demands of the facility. Done right at the start so there are no code issues at the end.

Division 9
Finishes

LVT flooring, acoustic ceiling panels, wall finishes, and other interior finishes. The choices made here shape how a space sounds, how it is maintained, and how it feels to the people using it every day. We help clients make those choices with a full understanding of the trade-offs.

Division 10
Specialties

Markerboards, wall protection, signage, lockers, and specialty items that protect high-traffic areas, improve usability, and complete the interior. Often the last thing people think about and one of the first things that gets noticed when it is missing.

Division 11
Equipment

Specialty equipment and fixtures for healthcare, government, education, and commercial environments. Every item specified to meet the safety and operational standards of the environment it will serve.

Division 12
Furnishings

Window treatments, modular workstations, commercial furniture, and other furnishings that complete the visual and functional experience of a finished space. Specified, procured, and installed by the same team handling every other division.

What A&E Covers Divisions 6, 8-12

Man wearing glasses and a blue shirt, smiling.
When we cover multiple divisions on a project, the GC does not have to worry about who is coordinating between them. That is our job. We own the scope and we are accountable for how it all comes together.

Ready to talk about your project?

Most facility projects involve furniture companies, equipment suppliers, flooring contractors, casework vendors, and more — all on different schedules. When something goes wrong, nobody owns it. A&E closes that gap.
