Warehouse Workers Discussing

Always Know Where Every Item Is.

On a large facility project, tracking hundreds or thousands of individual items across multiple suppliers and delivery windows is a full-time job. A&E manages that job for you. Every item tracked from receiving through delivery so there are no surprises on installation day.

What We Manage at A&E Service Solutions.

Receiving and Logging

Every item is logged when it arrives. Supplier, product, quantity, condition, and delivery date recorded so the inventory record is accurate from day one.

Condition Documentation

Each item is inspected on arrival and its condition documented. If something arrives damaged or incorrect it is identified at this stage, not on installation day.

Current Inventory Reporting

We maintain a live inventory record — what has been received, what is in storage, what has been delivered, and what is still expected. You can ask for a status update at any point and get an accurate answer.

Discrepancy Resolution

When something does not arrive as ordered, we document it and work to resolve the discrepancy with the supplier. We manage the resolution so it does not sit as an open issue affecting your schedule.

Good inventory management is what the client never notices because everything is right on installation day. It is the work that happens before installation that makes the installation look easy.

Ready to talk about your project?

Most facility projects involve furniture companies, equipment suppliers, flooring contractors, casework vendors, and more — all on different schedules. When something goes wrong, nobody owns it. A&E closes that gap.
