Final Cleaning so Your Space is Ready to Use.

A&E handles final construction cleaning as part of every project so the last thing we do before we leave is confirm that the space is clean, complete, and ready for walkthroughs or occupancy.

What We Manage at A&E Service Solutions.

Debris and Packaging Removal

All packaging, protective wrapping, foam, cardboard, and installation debris are completely removed. We do not leave the evidence of an installation behind.

Surface Cleaning

All furniture surfaces are cleaned according to the material. Laminate, wood, glass, and metal each treated correctly so everything is clean and ready for use on day one.

Floor Care

New flooring cleaned and protected based on material type. LVT, carpet, and hard surface each require a different approach — especially when the material is new.

Window and Glass Cleaning

Windows, partitions, and glass surfaces cleaned of dust, fingerprints, and installation residue.

Fixture and Hardware Wipe-Down

Door hardware, cabinet pulls, and fixtures wiped down so everything looks finished, not handled.

Healthcare-Appropriate Protocols

For clinical and patient-facing spaces, our cleaning approach meets the standard of the environment. A hospital corridor is not cleaned the same way as a commercial office.

Products sitting on a job site before the space is ready is one of the most avoidable sources of project damage we see. Warehousing is not the most visible part of a project but it is one of the things that separates a smooth installation from a costly one.

Ready to talk about your project?

Most facility projects involve furniture companies, equipment suppliers, flooring contractors, casework vendors, and more — all on different schedules. When something goes wrong, nobody owns it. A&E closes that gap.
